In this episode of the Decoding Excellence Show, I am sharing many of the lessons you can apply from introverts and extroverts in the coaching world. So often, we put labels on people that they are either an introvert OR an extrovert; but the reality is that we are often both. Inside this show, I discuss a few of the qualities that each counterpart brings to the coaching world and why it is important to try to strengthen our opposite communication persona. My hope is that you leave this show with a greater understanding of the value that the opposite communication style brings to the table.
