Once a month microdose of the coolest things I discover.

Best Thing of the week goes to TechCrunch's article, Jeff Bezos’ guide to life. Bezos is an American technology and retail entrepreneur, investor, computer scientist, and philanthropist, best known as the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Amazon.com, the world's largest online shopping retailer. This is a short read that includes some pearls of wisdom from Jeff.

Favorite Read of the week goes to Tribe of Mentor's chapter featuring Terry Crews. I wrote about this book in previous newsletters but this has been a great read as it's full of great advice from some of the most successful people in their competitive arena. It includes advice from multi-millionaire hedge fund managers, actors, athletes, musicians and more. If your looking for a tome that is cover-to-cover full of good advice. Check it out.

Currently Listening to Rick Rubin's and Malcom Gladwell's podcast called "Broken Record". The show is a well-polished audio tale chalked full with liner notes for the digital age. Digressions, arguments, back-stories, and random things to disagree with about music.

Great Purchase of the Week goes to a new Sports Drink Mix from Maurten. They claim to have reinvented sports fuel by introducing the world’s most carbohydrate-rich sports drink. I got my hands on two packets and it's really good. They've introduce to the hydration market water soluable hydrogel; an innovative technology that are encapsulates carbohydrates in the stomach.
