Are you trying to improve your odds navigating this crazy S&C and Sport Science industry?
Listen, I did too! The only difference is that when I first began coaching, I had some INCREDIBLE mentors that I could call immediately and ask for help.
Truth is, it was easier back then! Now days, the market is incredibly saturated and you need to DO MORE to capture attention of your next employer.
Do you feel that way?
Are you searching to find an edge?
Are you jumping from one internship to the next?
Do you feel stagnant without any real development?
1-on-1 Direct Coaching
Improve your odds navigating the S&C Coaching industry
If you know me, and spent any time with me, I've never been one to turn down coffee or an opportunity to talk-shop with another sport scientist, strength and conditioning coach, or practitioner in our field.
Hell, I started my own podcast, The Decoding Excellence Show to do just that! 👇
Also, if you know me, you can attest that it's my nature to be curious, help where I can, and try to offer as much information as I can.
I'd gladly give you the shirt off my back if it'd personally help you.
You’ve probably lost count of how many strength and conditioning coaches, speed gurus, and/or other personal trainers, etc, are available on the web and we all have different areas of expertise and operate with slightly contrasting approaches and styles.
Therefore it is absolutely critical for us to work together to develop a natural resonance with each other and are passionate about crafting a shared plan for personal and coach development.
Whats the Challenges Now Days?
Change starts with you.
You’ve got big work to do.
Life changing work.
But first you need to stop rocking under the table while hiding from your terrifyingly long to-do list. You need to land that first graduate-assistant position. You need to rise up and accept your first coaching position in the industry.
That’s where I come in.
I can help you shed the confusion, uncertainty, and industry-fatigue that is weighing you down. I can help you step up, take action and make the difference that only YOU can make.
I can provide support where you need it most.
In my experience, most optimistic, aspirational world-changing coaches (like you) tend to get stuck in one or all of the following dilemmas.
You know you have a difference to make. But, you’re so overwhelmed by day-to-day coaching demands that you don’t have a moment to figure it out.
I can help you shed the daily demands, develop a system to your coaching and sport science deliverables that is weighing you down.
And then, help you create the space to focus on the big work that is going to make a difference in your program – and the athletes.
You have a great coaching and sport science idea. But every time you try to start, the options feel so overwhelming that you throw your hands up in surrender.
That’s where I come in.
I can help you develop your plan, and provide the support you need to get started. I’ll help you develop your ultimate idea, shape the strategy that’s going to make it happen and start taking action.
You got off to a great sprint, but now you’re on the verge of fatigue and low-energy surrounding your project, feeling out of balance and unable to sustain your plans.
I can help you reconnect with what you are doing and why.
I’ll provide you with the support you need to create sustainable momentum to allow you to make an even bigger difference in your organization.

My Mistakes are Your Lessons
Listen, I've made them all...
If you've been in this field long enough, you've made mistakes. It could be as simple as a wrongly programming too much volume, the wrong exercise selection, or misplanned sessions.
Maybe it's a poor interaction with a student-athlete, support staffer, or assistant/head coach about scheduling, training, or anything else.
We've all made mistakes - although not everyone has learned from our past mistakes.
The Early Career Days
The Early Days...
Lets talk about these early days. King of Mount Stupid. That's probably the most accurate way I could describe this phase of my coaching journey.
You live, you learn, to improve, you discover how much there is out there and grasp that it's impossible to know everything. Along the way, you share, you make mistakes, you discover what you're great at, what you struggle at, and what drives you.
The Later Career Days
Honestly... It's probably the same.
The best thing about more experience, is the comfort you get from understanding and embracing the process. Time and experience has humbled me, shown me what is worth chasing, pursuing, and sacrificing for.
I want to share those lessons with you.
I want to help you navigate the pitfalls.
I want to show you a better way.
Testimonials and Reviews
Truth told, I've been stretched so thin and pulled in so many different directions, I'm finding it hard to balance my time and priorities. In fact, I recently looked back at my now page, and personally decided that I must focus on my high priority tasks.
Over time, a small minority of those people I met with, began offering a financial exchange for this time exchange. While those payments were generally small, the significance of those small financial tokens went a long way justifying the cancellations of other personal endeavors. What do I mean?
As an example, I would often cancel my previously scheduled personal events in order to facilitate our coffee exchange or meet-up. Expanding further, Jiu-Jitsu normally went out the window. Forever a white-belt. Other times, I'd text my wife and cancel our lunch plans. Lost opportunity for a personal connection. It's far too easy to cancel my own training session in order to make the drop-in schedule work. I guess I'll be disappointed with my physical performance.
Why Leverage My Experience?
The thing I've learned about this industry is that, time only moves forward. You are MORE THAN WELCOME to repeat the same mistakes I've made, discover the same discoveries I did, and repeat the same protocols, day after day, month after month, year after year - as I.
While your repeating many of those lessons, time moves forward. The time you could be spending learning a new activity, how to code, how to snowboard, Jiu Jitsu or something else. That is lost time that you could use cultivating friendships, visiting family, or scheduling vacations.
Time Only Moves Forward...
Over the years, I've begun to double down on putting my money to use in ways that gives me TIME back. If there is an activity I could mitigate with money, rather than suffer through, so that I can seek out more happiness or use that time for our revenue-generating endeavors, I do it.
In the same way, ELITE athletes find a way to accomplish a task, why would you want to waste precious time doing things you dislike, making mistakes, and discovering lessons you've could have learned elsewhere.

Who this Consultancy is NOT for
1. Those content with how they operate.
If your not interested in changing the way you think about higher-level athletics, this is NOT for you. I want to challenge how you think, how you operate, and what you demand of yourself. If you have been persuaded by someone else to try personal coaching, this is not for you.
2. People not wanting to move up levels.
If you think you'd like to pursue a fee-based professional consultancy session, perhaps you desire a sounding board to bounce new ideas off, or wish to have a Q&A session, this is the right avenue. If your not 100% committed to change, or challenging your beliefs, or attempting to blaze a new path, this is not for you.
3. Coaches who are satisfied with their income.
You are more worried about how much personal coaching will cost than actually investing in your happiness. If your focused ONLY on the short-term cost of fee-based professional consultancy services, and not the endless amount of time, effort, energy, and long-term cost - this is not for you.
