People You Should Be Following (Twitter Alert)

Look, I understand that there are tons of things for us strength coaches to do. We have programs to make, people to take through workouts, books to read, certifications to get, and so on and so on. I'm not going to suggest that you need to run out and buy "Product-X". Hell, I'm in grad school and I can tell you that I don't have the money to run out and buy anything at the moment. I'm lucky enough if I can afford a haircut.

Being that money is tight, I'm going to suggest a few awesome resources for any strength & conditioning professional that costs ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Yeah, that's right folks. There are tons of qualified, experienced veterans of our field who are tweeting every single day, (dropping wisdom bombs) left & right. If your not following these people below then you are seriously missing the boat.
